How to pitch Twerkhub as a creator.

By Anti · firestarterMar 22, 20268 min read

We onboard 2-4 new creators per quarter. If you're a dancer or creator considering joining, this post is the entire playbook — what we look for, how the review works, what you get, what you don't get. No mysteries.

What we look for.

  1. Consistent quality. We watch 3 of your pieces. If all 3 would fit our weekly drops — you're in the conversation. If only 1 fits — not a no, but means your current body of work isn't curated-ready yet.
  2. A defined lane. Are you heels choreo? Cosplay fancam? Reggaetón floor? K-dance ensemble? We don't need you locked in forever, but we need to know what your lane is today. "I do all kinds of stuff" is harder to curate than "I do heels choreo in Moscow style."
  3. Production discipline. 4K where possible. Stable camera. Audible soundtrack. Consistent framing. We don't require studio-grade — but we need to trust that your next 10 uploads won't be handheld chaos.
  4. Stage presence. This one's hard to fake. Either you command a frame or you don't. Both Alexia and I watch for it.
  5. A reason we can't find this elsewhere. What's specific about your work? Geography? A technique no one else teaches? A style crossover? If you're fully interchangeable with 20 other creators on YouTube, we probably pass.

The 5-step pitch process.

STEP 1 · Package your work

Pick your 3 strongest existing pieces. Prefer YouTube links (we evaluate raw, not edits). Ideally 4K. Single-performer focus — group pieces are harder to evaluate unless we're onboarding a studio.

STEP 2 · Email creators@

Send to creators@alexiatwerkgroup.com. Include: the 3 links, a 100-word bio, your city, your Instagram/TikTok handles, your current setup (solo / studio-affiliated / group / collective). That's it. No pitch deck, no marketing fluff.

STEP 3 · Review (≤14 days)

Alexia watches all 3 pieces. I watch all 3 pieces. We discuss. We write a yes/no within 14 days. Response is always direct — if no, we tell you what would need to change for a future yes.

STEP 4 · Onboarding call (if yes)

30-minute call on Discord. Discuss: revenue split (standard 95% to you on token flows), drop cadence (we aim for one of your pieces in the weekly Thursday drop every 2-4 weeks), attribution standards, DMCA protocol, tier visibility.

STEP 5 · First drop (within 14 days of onboarding)

Your first piece lands on the next Thursday drop after onboarding. It goes into the playlist that best matches your lane. Full attribution, hotranking position negotiated, social cross-promo through our channels.

What you get.

What you don't get.

Who shouldn't pitch us.

  1. Anyone looking for a replacement for OnlyFans DM revenue. We don't do that.
  2. Creators below 18. Age-gated platform, verified.
  3. Creators whose work doesn't fit one of our 7 playlists (twerk, reggaetón, K-dance, cosplay fancam, try-on haul, Latina model, heels choreo). If your content is mostly ballet / hip-hop / K-pop cover — not our fit.
  4. Creators who need gigantic scale fast. We grow slow. Good fit for creators valuing quality + loyalty over volume.

Examples of creators we said yes to.

You can see the full roster under our Taipei, Moscow, Colombia, and Seoul collection pages. 11 individual creator profiles with full bios, technique notes, reference cuts. These are the people who passed the review. Worth studying before you pitch.

Frequently asked questions.

Can I be on OnlyFans / Fanvue and Twerkhub simultaneously? Yes. We don't require exclusivity. Many of our creators publish across 3+ platforms.

Do you take non-English creators? Obviously — half our current roster is Russian, Spanish, or Taiwanese. We review in any language.

What's the age minimum? 18+. Verified.

Can a studio (vs solo creator) pitch? Yes. Send the studio's 3 best pieces + the studio handle + whoever the point-of-contact is.
