The Moscow heels school.

Russia invented the modern heels-choreo language. Лада Гоцци at Moscow Dance Centre NRG turned it into a curriculum. Eight creators to watch — six studio + two solo — and the 2.3M combined views that proved the method works.

Why Moscow?

Russia's dance-school network is older and more structured than almost anywhere else. Technique is rigorous. Heels work gets rehearsed until the leg line is textbook. The result: a scene that looks different from the American street lineage and different from K-dance — it's its own school. Every major heels-choreo channel in 2026 traces back to MDC NRG or one of its graduates.
