Privacy Policy

Twerkhub respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain English, what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights. No lawyer-speak.

What we collect

• Email — if you register. Used for login, drop notifications, and your receipt.
• Username (nickname) — public inside community; you pick it.
• Tokens + tier status — stored in your browser's localStorage. Never sent to us.
• Watch history — which clips you've started and finished. Stored locally, never uploaded.
• Payment info — processed by Stripe directly. We never see your card.
• Basic analytics — Cloudflare Pages logs IP + user-agent for 24 hours. We don't profile you.

What we do NOT collect

• Your real name.
• Your location (beyond country for compliance).
• Your social graph or contacts.
• Any data from other sites you visit.
• Your watch history on YouTube (embeds stream from YouTube nocookie when available).

Third parties

• Stripe — subscription billing. Their privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosting + CDN. DDoS logs only.
• YouTube (embed) — videos are served from YouTube's servers when you press play. Google sets its own cookies.
• Discord — community lounge lives on Discord. Their terms apply when you join.

Your rights

Under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and LGPD (Brazil) you can:

• Request a copy of all data we hold on you.
• Request we delete your account + all associated data.
• Opt out of marketing emails (one-click unsubscribe link in every email).
• Object to any processing you disagree with.

Cookies

Session cookies only — login state. No ad-tracking cookies. No third-party trackers beyond the embeds you press play on.

Age restriction

Twerkhub is 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are under 18, please close this page immediately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page. The version number and date at the top change. Material changes get a banner notice on the home page for 14 days.
