Terms of Service

By using Twerkhub you agree to these terms. Short, clear, in English.

1. Who can use Twerkhub

Must be 18 or older, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction — whichever is higher. You confirm this when registering. We may require age verification for VIP tier.

2. Account

• One account per person. Don't share credentials.
• We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or violating these terms.
• You can delete your account anytime from My Account. All data purged within 30 days.

3. Tokens + tiers

• Tokens are earned by activity (browse, watch, finish, daily login, referrals).
• Tokens are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value outside the platform.
• Tier thresholds: Basic 0-299 · Medium 300-2999 · Premium 3000-49999 · VIP Top 50000+.
• We may adjust thresholds with 30 days notice. Your current tier is grandfathered for 90 days.

4. Subscriptions + refunds

• Billed monthly in USD via Stripe. Cancel anytime.
• Refunds: within 48h of first charge if you haven't consumed archive content, or pro-rata if Twerkhub is offline >72h in a month.
• No refunds for token purchases or donations.

5. Content

• All video content is curated from YouTube (publicly available) or uploaded by verified creators.
• Creators retain all rights to their own content. Subscribers get viewing access, not ownership.
• Do NOT download, re-upload, redistribute, screen-record, or mirror Twerkhub content anywhere else.
• DMCA: dmca@alexiatwerkgroup.com for takedown requests.

6. Prohibited behavior

• Sharing your account credentials.
• Attempting to bypass the token/subscription gates (bots, scraping, credential stuffing).
• Harassing other members on Discord or the community lounge.
• Uploading anything illegal, including CSAM (instant permanent ban + law enforcement report).

7. Liability

Twerkhub is provided "as is." We try hard to keep it up but can't guarantee uptime. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Local consumer protection laws (EU, Argentina, California, etc.) supersede where they give you more rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Disputes resolved in Buenos Aires courts. EU / UK / US users retain their statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes require 30 days notice via email + banner on home. Continued use = acceptance.
