Dasha Kolesnikova is a Russian dancer based in Ufa, the capital of Bashkortostan. She doesn't have a studio. She doesn't have a manager. What she has is a rooftop with a good view, a partner who knows how to operate a camera, and a metronome of weekly uploads since 2022. The combination produced one of the most-replayed cuts in our archive.
Her Nicki Minaj "Yikes" choreography on a Ufa rooftop sits at 136K views and is the reference piece for what we call regional Russian fancam — work produced outside the Moscow / St Petersburg studio circuit, often outdoors, on phones or single-camera rigs, by dancers who built audiences without institutional support.

Three marks of a Dasha Kolesnikova piece. (1) Outdoor framing. Most uploads use a Ufa rooftop, balcony, or industrial yard as set. Why she's on the roster
The Russian scene's center of gravity is Moscow + St Petersburg. Regional dancers — Ufa, Volzhsky, Omsk, Yekaterinburg — produce real work but rarely break into international audiences because they're not embedded in the studio brands that distribute. Dasha is the cleanest counter-example. Her presence on the roster signals that we cover the regional half of the Russian scene, not just the Moscow studios.
