Лада Гоцци is the lead heels-choreography instructor at Moscow Dance Centre NRG — the Moscow studio that shaped the entire modern Russian heels-dance curriculum. Her Pharaoh "Пломбир" video (167K views, 3,360 likes, 5.00/5 rating) is the most-replayed cut across our main signature archive.
She teaches at MDC NRG's Moscow location (Planeta Leto mall, 3rd floor). Workshops are open-enrollment every month. The technique is formal: 8-count phrasing, mirror formation, fixed camera angle. No improvisation tolerated in class.
Technique signature
Three marks of a Лада piece: (1) 4-inch heels minimum — she doesn't teach flats; (2) hip pop lands on the 1-and, never on the downbeat — that's the Moscow school rhythm; (3) static feet, all motion in the hip isolation plus occasional shoulder roll.
