Lena Indica

Bio

Lena Indica founded the Indica team around 2018 as a workshop-first dance collective. Not a studio — a touring crew. Indica does monthly workshops across Russia, with semi-annual appearances in Omsk, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, and occasional EU bookings (Berlin, Prague, Warsaw).

What makes her special: she's the crossover bridge between the MDC NRG heels school and the looser freestyle traditions in cities like Omsk. Her students get both technique and feel.

Technique signature

Three marks: (1) heels work as the default — if you're in her class, you're in heels; (2) group choreography — she almost never shoots solo, everything is 4-6 dancers in loose formation; (3) song-driven phrasing — catches the breaks, not the 8-counts. That's the Omsk influence.

Workshops

Announce 3-4 weeks ahead via VK + Instagram. Usually $30-50 per drop-in. International students welcome — English is manageable in class.
