Model 357 Lab — usually written M357 in titles — is a Russian twerk and dancehall studio that produced one of the most-watched workshop video series in the genre: Top Russian M357 Workshops. The lab is led by choreographers Zhenya Volkova and Zlata Volkova, with Lesya as a regular guest instructor.
If MDC NRG (Lada Gozzi's school) is the studio that exported Russian heels-twerk to the West, M357 is the lab that documented it. Their videos function as both choreography references and a record of who taught what year — almost every major Russian twerk dancer has a M357 cut in their career.
Three marks of an M357 piece: (1) workshop format — the camera shows both instructor and class learning the piece, with the final clean run at the end; (2) technical labeling — videos are titled with the instructor's name first, song second (so you can search by who is teaching, not just the song); (3) track curation — they choose American hip-hop and trap rather than Russian-language pop, which gave them international reach.
The lab runs through Russian-language channels (VK + Instagram). Workshop bookings are usually agreed via the studio's manager, not the individual instructors. Best entry: search "Model 357 Lab" or "M357" on Instagram and contact via DM.
